Returns
Your happiness matters to us. If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied with your order, please don’t hesitate to contact Gemma directly with your concerns. Returns are accepted within 10 days of delivery, and we’ll provide you with a prepaid return shipping label.
Repairs
We stand behind the quality of every piece. If your jewelry is damaged within six months of purchase due to craftsmanship or material issues, we’re happy to repair it at no cost.
After six months, cost for repairs will be by a case-by-case basis. Please email Gemma with a photo and description of your repair prior to mailing and she will give you an estimate.
Exceptions: All rebraiding or re-stringing of silk cord pieces is a $100 flat fee (plus any additional repairs or lost stones, etc).
Custom Orders
We love collaborating on one-of-a-kind pieces that hold personal meaning. Please note that while your custom jewelry is made with your unique healing journey in mind, we reserve the right to recreate or adapt custom designs for future collections.
