I’m so happy you’re here. This work is deeply personal to me.

When I was five, my mother told me I was a channel—that it ran in our family. At the time, I pushed it aside… I just wanted to be “normal.”

It wasn’t until much later in life, through my own healing and the practice of channel writing, that I fully embraced this gift.

Now, I use it in a way that feels grounded, supportive, and deeply connected to the heart.

These sessions are about helping you come home to yourself.

This is a space where you can:

  • experience grounding, breathwork, or gentle energetic support

• How it works:

• Sessions are held via Zoom, FaceTime, or phone.

• We begin by connecting with what’s present for you—whether that’s a specific question, a feeling you can’t quite name, or simply a desire for clarity.

• From there, I tune in intuitively and guide the session based on what wants to come through.

• At times, I may receive messages from my angelic guides (a loving, supportive collective I’ve worked with for years), but the intention is always the same:

• to help you reconnect with your own truth—not replace it.
