This simple breathing exercise has profound results; calming the mind and connecting you with your spirit.
The first half of the session is about honing in on what it is that you need to let go of in order to feel more peace in your life. Sometimes it can be as simple as letting go of an old belief system that you know doesn't serve you anymore.
Maybe you are on the brink of something- a big transformation- and need support in letting go of any
lingering fears that may be standing in the way.
Or things may be going really well in your life and yet you feel there's something more that you can't quite figure out with your mind and sense that a deeper connection with your heart is needed to get more answers.
I then guide you through the breathe for about 25 minutes; holding the space for you to let go and connect with your true self.
The breath work is like hitting the reset button; allowing for more positive shifts to occur simply by relaxing the brain and listening to your own heart. And it's a tool you can easily take with you to use as your daily meditation practice!
